1. Service description

Briefd provides a free website copy and messaging analysis service. Users submit their email address and website URL, and receive a detailed analysis report covering headline effectiveness, value proposition, CTA strength, pain/desire alignment, trust signals, and tone/voice match.

2. Acceptance of terms

By submitting the analysis form on briefd.click, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Briefd. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. The analysis

• The analysis is provided free of charge, with no obligation.
• Reports are delivered to the email address you provide.
• Analysis results are opinions and recommendations, not guarantees of business outcomes.
• We reserve the right to decline analysis of any URL at our discretion (e.g., sites with illegal content, sites behind login walls, or non-functional URLs).

5. Your responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address that you own or control.
• You must submit a URL of a website that you own, manage, or have authorization to submit for analysis.
• You must not submit the service form repeatedly with the same or fake information to abuse the system.
• You must not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service.

6. Intellectual property

• Your content: you retain all rights to the website content you submit for analysis.
• Our reports: analysis reports are provided for your personal or business use. You may share them internally but may not resell them as a service.
• Briefd brand: the Briefd name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Marketing communications

If you opt in to marketing communications, you will receive occasional emails with tips on sales copywriting and website messaging. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@briefd.it.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Briefd is not liable for:

• Any business decisions made based on our analysis reports.
• Loss of revenue, customers, or opportunities resulting from implementing or not implementing our recommendations.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Accuracy or completeness of the analysis, as it reflects a point-in-time assessment.

9. Termination and data deletion

We may refuse service or block submissions that violate these terms. You may request deletion of all your data (email, URL, and associated reports) at any time by contacting info@briefd.it. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable Italian law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Italy.
